Missouri Housing Agency Approves Applications for Financing of Affordable Housing Developments

March 2, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) has approved 28 applications from developers for the construction of new affordable housing developments and the rehabilitation of existing properties. MHDC administers the federal and state low-income housing tax credits and federal HOME monies to developers who provide affordable housing, designed to serve low- and moderate-income populations in the state of Missouri.
