Colliers International Announces Recent Transactions

Kansas City, Missouri – April 28, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions. Sales (April 19, 2015) Morrill & Janes Bank and Trust Company sold 14 acres of commercial land located at 15310 S Mahaffie Street, Olathe, Kansas to Grayson Enterprises. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(March 31, 2015) Morrill & Janes Bank sold 8 acres of commercial land located at 3124 N 103rd Terrace, Kansas City, Kansas to Emerald T. Properties, LLC. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller.

The Buyer was not represented. (April 8, 2015) PAUCH, LLC sold a 71,817 square foot industrial building located at 3260 N 7th Street Trafficway, Kansas City, Kansas to BlackJack Tires Supplies, Inc. Doug Hedrick SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Chuck Cuda of KW Commercial represented the Seller. (April 9, 2015) 13725 South Mur-Len Road, LLC sold a 17,200 square foot industrial building located at 13725 S Mur-Len Rd, Olathe, Kansas to Sutter Holdings. John Stafford, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Quinn Real Estate Company represented the Buyer. (March 27, 2015) Acorn, LLC sold a 5,332 square foot industrial building located at 2121 Moodie Road, Lawrence, Kansas to BCHHSY.

Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Lance Johnson of Johnson Group, LLC represented the Buyer. (March 24, 2015) David L. Geyer and Barbara A. Geyer sold a 2,081 square foot retail building located at 833 Tennessee Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Compton Rentals, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer.

The Seller was not represented. Leases (March 23, 2015) Melville, LLC leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space located at 3146 S 24th Street, Kansas City, Kansas to Diamond Towel and Supply Company, LLC. John Stafford, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Chris Cargill of Block Real Estate Services represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(March 27, 2015) CDM Capital Asset Group, Inc. leased 7,250 square feet of industrial space located at 1704 E 123rd Terrace, Olathe, Kansas to Skyline Displays Heartland, Inc. John Stafford, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Nathan Anderson of Lee and Associates represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(March 24, 2015) NG City Center Square leased 3,489 square feet of office space located at 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to Zerger & Mauer, LLP. Phil James and Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Miles McCune of Kessinger/Hunter & Co. represented the Tenant in the transaction. (April 13, 2015) Dwight R. and Barbara J. Perry leased 2,649 square feet of industrial space located at 1404 E 24th Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Minuteman Press. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International acted as a Transaction Broker.

(March 19, 2015) FPA Louisiana Street Associates, LLC leased 1,870 square feet of retail space located at 2233 Louisiana Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Hawkhorn, LLC. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Bart Cohn of Real Estate Dynamics represented the Tenant.

(March 26, 2015) 900 New Hampshire, LLC leased 1,785 square feet of retail space located at 900 New Hampshire Street, Lawrence, Kansas to CWM II, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Tenant.

(March 2, 2015) NG City Center Square leased 1,364 square feet of office space located at 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to Davis, Sands & Collins, P.C. Phil James and Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented in the transaction.

(March 9, 2015) NG City Center Square leased 998 square feet of office space located at 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to The Law Offices of Robert N. Calbi, LLC. Phil James and Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Dawna Calbi of Newmark Grubb Zimmer represented the Tenant in the transaction.
