ST. LOUIS, MO - October 5, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) -- Milton H. Ohlsen III was sentenced to 30 months in prison on bank fraud charges after overstating his income on his home mortgage application, and in a separate case, sentenced to 30 months in prison on a firearms charge, Acting United States Attorney Michael W.
