Ohlsen III was sentenced to 30 months in prison on bank fraud charges after overstating his income on his home mortgage application, and in a separate case, sentenced to 30 months in prison on a firearms charge, Acting United States Attorney Michael W. Today, U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill introduced a bill in the Senate to extend until November 30, 2010 the availability of this credit of up to $8,000 toward the purchase of a first home for service members deployed abroad for more than 90 days during 2009.
