Kansas City Area Homebuilders Post Best November in Eight Years
Kansas City area homebuilders had their best November since 2007, with 15 percent more single-family permits issued than in November of 2014. The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City reports 360 single family permits were issued last month, compared with 312 permits issued in November 2014. Summit Custom Homes to open highly-anticipated Lee’s Summit community for lot reservations
Summit Custom Homes announced this week that the new home builder will open The Reserve at Stoney Creek for lot reservations and presale contracts this Saturday, Dec. 12. Summit will host a grand opening event at their Community Information Center located at 1620 SW Whistle Drive in Lee’s Summit beginning at 11 a.m. Lot reservations will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
